Katsina Governor-elect Visits Mother, Siblings in Saudi Arabia

Dr. Dikko Radda, Mother and Sisters 

The Katsina State Governor-elect, Dr. Dikko Umar Radda, while performing the lesser hajj (Umrah), in Makkah, Saudi Arabia, took time off to visit his mother and siblings, in their residence, who were also there to perform the lesser hajj. 

He was at the residence to seek for blessings from his nonagenarian mother and fraternize with his elder sisters, who were together with their mother. The sisters included Hajiya Hauwa Umar Radda, former wife of the late President of Nigeria, Umaru Musa Ƴar'Adua, and her immediate younger sister, Hajiya Indo Umar Radda. Also, together, was one of late President Umaru Ƴar'Adua's son, Musa Umar Ƴar'Adua, fondly called Abba.

Dr. Dikko Radda was accompanied during the visit by his first wife, Hajiya Zulaihat Dikko Radda and some of their sons. 

It could be recalled that Dr. Dikko Radda's first wife, Hajiya Zulaihat, had lost her elder brother a few days before they left Nigeria for Saudi Arabia. He was the eldest child in the family.
